Most recently serving as Head of Photography and Lead Photographer at DECIEM, Liz led creative production across multiple international brands including The Ordinary, NIOD, Loopha, and Avestan. She directed more than 300 high-profile campaigns spanning digital, print, social, and e-commerce platforms, helping drive significant engagement growth through innovative visual strategies and cohesive brand storytelling.
A major focus of Liz’s career has been building and scaling high-performing photography departments from the ground up. She has led the development of commercial photo studios across multiple organizations, overseeing everything from studio design and infrastructure planning to equipment sourcing, workflow implementation, and operational strategy. At DECIEM, she spearheaded the creation of a state-of-the-art global photography studio environment, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and coordinating cross-functional teams to build scalable, future-focused creative spaces.
Liz is equally passionate about mentorship and team development. She has recruited, trained, and led photographers, stylists, editors, and production teams across North America, creating collaborative environments that encourage both creative growth and operational excellence. Her experience includes developing global photography training programs, establishing brand-wide style guides and best practices, and implementing workflow systems that significantly improved efficiency and reduced production timelines.
Throughout her career, Liz has worked with leading brands including Aritzia, Kit & Ace, and Aldo, bringing expertise across campaign development, art direction, studio operations, production management, lighting, retouching, and creative leadership.
